Children's Dentistry / Pediatric Dentistry

Taking care of the child’s mouth is important from the appearance of the first teeth. Cavity prevention starts early. We recommend a first visit at 2/3 years of age to teach brushing techniques as well as assess what type of brush and toothpaste the child needs, depending on the risk of caries they present. We give dietary advice on how to avoid cavities. Diet is an important factor in the establishment of caries. Our goal is prevention. Therefore we recommend regular reviews, at least once a year.

We recommend fissure sealing as a caries prevention technique in those teeth with risk anatomy as well as in patients at risk due to diet or other causes.

We perform minimally invasive dentistry, preserving the dental tissues as much as possible.
